Last year, while we were visiting Canada and reviewing the M.Zuiko 7-14mm f/2.8, we had the chance to compare it to the Lumix 7-14mm f/4 over the course of a very hot and sticky August afternoon. We conducted this comparison because many of you had expressed a curiosity about the differences in optical quality between these two lenses. The interesting thing about the Sony FE system is that you can adapt many third party lenses and you can find a very good selection for portraits. However it is also important to have a choice from the native E-mount catalogue. Between 2015 and this year, the system went from zero to two excellent portrait lenses: the Sony G Master and the Zeiss Batis.
