In a very short time, Sony went from being a promising yet relatively inexperienced manufacturer of digital cameras to a serious competitor on the digital imaging market. In fact, just recently Sony outclassed Nikon to become the second best seller of full-frame cameras in the US. This was a significant step forward for a brand that only became serious about digital photography 11 years ago.

Peak Design Everyday Backpack 20L vs 30L – Accessory comparison
Choosing the right bag isn’t just a question of brand, model or style but also dimensions. Many products come in multiple sizes to accommodate different needs but settling on the right one isn’t always easy. I have owned many camera bags over the years and when I look for something new, size is often a decisive factor.
Sony a6500 vs. Fujifilm X-T2 – The complete comparison
Updated on: March 6th, 2019
I was tempted to begin this comparison by calling it “the ultimate mirrorless APS-C camera battle” but there is an expiry date on the validity of such a statement in this dynamic market. Rumours (via FujiRumors) about a high-end APS-C model from Fujifilm abound, while with Sony – well, with Sony we can’t never be sure of anything, can’t we? But future products, news and rumours aside, I am sure that the X-T2 and a6500 will remain near the top of the food chain for quite some time to come.

Whatever your situation, it can often be difficult to make a decision, especially today with so many camera systems available.
Sony a6300 vs Fujifilm X-Pro2 – Image Quality and Autofocus comparison
Updated on: July 20th, 2018
There are many differences between the Sony a6300 and the Fujifilm X-Pro2 but two of the most important characteristics – image quality and autofocus – actually behave in a similar manner. Both cameras inaugurated the two most recent APS-C sensors that have since been implemented on other products such as the X-T20, X-T2 and a6500 respectively, and their autofocus systems are among the best I’ve had the chance to use. So even though the price, build quality, additional features and target users are all different, there is actually a valid reason to compare these two cameras!
