3. SENSORThe R7 offers a higher pixel count with 32.5 megapixels, while the A6700 incorporates a 26-megapixel sensor inherited from the FX30 cinema camera, featuring a backside-illuminated design (BSI).
4. VIDEOThe Sony records 4K 60p (1.04x crop), and 4K 120p, albeit with a severe 1.58x crop. The R7 works without any crop but, in 4K 60p, it records with line-skipping, which means less sharp footage.
5. DRIVE The R7 can achieve 15fps with the mechanical shutter and 30fps with the electronic shutter. In contrast, the A6700 offers a maximum burst rate of 11fps.
